Are you interested in hands-on training and experience in facilitating psychedelic ceremonies? We are seeking curious, people-oriented candidates to join our new 3-month psychedelic facilitator training program. This program will teach you how to ensure a safe, comfortable environment, provide therapeutic support and guidance, and lead integration activities for psychedelic ceremonies.
Psychedelic Facilitator Training Program
Course Content:
- Facilitating and guiding clients through psychedelic experiences in a safe and supportive manner
- Conducting pre-screening assessments and providing individualized treatment plans
- Creating a safe and comfortable environment for clients to explore their inner selves
- Providing emotional and psychological support before, during, and after psychedelic experiences
- Facilitating group therapy sessions and integrating experiences into clients' lives
- Providing music and singing during ceremonies to enhance the therapeutic process
- Experience in individual and group therapy settings
Needed Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in mental health or social services work
- Knowledge of or experience with psychedelic substances
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Demonstrating empathy and active listening skills to build trust with clients
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches
- A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with clients
- A medical background is an advantage but not a requirement
