However, during our psychedelic retreats, we keep medicines separate unless they are clearly complementary to one another. In our experience, cannabis is generally not complementary during psilocybin, San Pedro, or ayahuasca ceremonies, and we ask guests not to mix it with these medicines during the retreat. This is a safety and quality-of-experience guideline, not a moral judgement.
