At La Mezquita, your journey begins with a carefully designed screening process led by a licensed psychologist. This step is essential to ensure that your experience is safe, supportive, and aligned with your personal needs and intentions.

Before your retreat place can be confirmed, you will complete a short safety form and book a 30-minute online consultation. The consultation is designed to assess your suitability for the retreat, answer your questions, and help you better understand the approach and methodology we use.

The screening process has a total cost of €40. This covers the professional time and expertise of the psychologist and is non-refundable, even in cases where participation in the retreat is not recommended for safety reasons. If you are accepted into the retreat, the €40 will be deducted from the total cost of your booking.
