La Mezquita began as Babaji's home and gathering place — a space for healing work, community, music, ceremony, and inner exploration, born from a belief that these medicines, approached with respect and care, can help people reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with something deeper.
As more people came looking for safe and meaningful psychedelic experiences, the space naturally grew into a retreat centre. Babaji now leads the psilocybin and San Pedro ceremonies and shapes the facilitation approach across every retreat, staying present for the whole of each one he runs — from welcome to integration.
