## What we do

La Mezquita operates within this legal framework: the CSC is a private membership association, and retreats are conducted with informed consent, professional screening, and harm-reduction practices. La Mezquita is not affiliated with, and has no connection to, any unlicensed or illegal drug-trafficking operation reported in the Alicante region.

## Philosophy

La Mezquita is organised around four pillars: spiritual well-being as a core (not peripheral) dimension of health; ancient/traditional plant-medicine knowledge from cultures worldwide; modern scientific research supporting the safety and efficacy of psychedelic-assisted work (e.g. Griffiths et al. 2006, Johns Hopkins; Carhart-Harris, Imperial College London); and community — returning guests are treated as part of an ongoing family, not one-off customers.
